Make sure to make it in time for a welcome cup of tea, laid out in our Drawing Room on your arrival, offering cake and home bakes that are worthwhile arriving early for! You will then be served up a complimentary tasting board of Longueville House artisan beverages. Feel free afterwards to explore the grounds and in particular the orchards where these wonderful single orchard products come from.
Each evening we offer a four-course, set dinner menu which changes daily and varies according to the season prepared and cooked for you by Chef /Owner and Host William O’Callaghan. Between 6.45pm-7pm guests are welcome to join William who will briefly debrief the evening’s menu. It may also be the right time for guests to enjoy a pre-dinner Longueville House Cocktail.
