The Thatch in Thyme is a fab café located on the main street in Kildorrery. You can look forward to the warmest of welcomes and the freshest in home-cooked food. From breakfast to dinner, you will be sure to find something on the menu that tickles your fancy!

Their breakfast menu offers an array of different options, such as Eggs Benedict or a Full Irish to options for those with a sweeter tooth, like their delicious cinnamon French Toast and American style pancakes! Spruce & Willow offer hearty & healthy meals and freshly baked treats, that are bursting with flavour. This café is the perfect ‘brunch’ time spot, serving up Badger and Dodo coffee, for your daily ‘pick me up’ and offers yummy weekend treats like their Double Choc Pancakes!

Offering a slightly different menu each week, their menu consists of a selection of their favourite foods. They don’t take making sandwiches lightly, with their specials being served on anything from toasted sesame seed paninis and malted sourdough to brioche buns and rustic ciabattas.

Their vegetarian options are sure to satisfy your tastebuds, serving up dishes like their Thai Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup and Avo toast with fried halloumi and a balsamic glaze.

Situated on Lower Cork Street in Mitchelstown, this family-run business has been serving hearty homemade food since 1988. Their food is served all day and is sourced locally ensuring the best possible ingredients and flavours.

Dig into their Sticky Asian Pork Warm Salad or grab a freshly baked pastry or dessert! Their homemade sausage rolls are a real crowd pleaser! They offer a wide selection of healthy salads, which are perfect to take home and enjoy will all of the family.
