Praline is a pastry shop and café established in May 2017 by Norma Kelly. Norma is an award-winning pastry chef having qualified with an honours degree in Culinary Arts from Dublin Institute of Technology, Cathal Brugha Street. Norma keeps her skillset updated by regularly taking part in and winning many culinary and pastry competitions. Her most notable achievement representing Ireland in the Cocao Barry UK and Ireland World Chocolate Masters in 2015, where she won the category for ‘Best Moulded Praline’ with her Hot Whiskey flavoured chocolate.

Norma’s aim is to make Praline the go-to destination for superior quality cakes & pastries to suit all occasions. In order to give the complete café experience, it was imperative that the beverages on offer matched the quality of the cakes.

Praline serves Mean Bean Coffee who is a Waterford based company and who’s coffee is the perfect match to Praline’s offerings.
