Forest View Lodge
Forest View Lodge is nestled within mature forestry within the Ballyhoura trail of the Slieve Felim Way which starts in Murroe and ends in Silvermines, Co. Tipperary. The trail is approximately 43 kilometres long and is ideal for both walkers and cyclists.
The Lodge is in a very quiet location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but is only 34 minutes to Limerick city, 30 minutes to the scenic village of Killaloe,46 minutes to Shannon and 2 hours to Dublin Airport. The house is very close to the Clare Glens, and 10 minutes to the Ballyhoura village of Murroe where you will find Glenstal Abbey, and Glenside Pitch and Putt, an 18-hole course.
The property has three bedrooms, an en suite master bedroom and 2 double rooms, a fuy equipped kitchen/dining room, and sitting room with stove and cable tv, plus a family bathroom with shower and bath. There is oil fired central heating as well as a solid fuel stove, as well as garden, parking, private entrance, fire pit, external laundry, Wi-Fi, and EV charger.
Tea & Coffee and a welcome breakfast pack are provided on arrival.
Please note, there is no public transport in the area and you will require a car as a form of transport.
