Coolwater Garden

In Coolwater, you get a personally guided tour and also refreshments in the Copper Pagoda beside the Water Garden, all of which will take 2 hours and is strictly by advance appointment only.

Coolwater, a top attraction on Trip Advisor, steps to the beat of a completely different drum with its breath-taking Water Garden, troughs chockablock with choice Alpine plants and distinctively styled West Garden on half an acre: don't expect lawns and borders in this garden! Overlooked on one side by Skule Hill and on the other by Rockstown Castle, it has been designed for year-round structure and shape.

Advance bookings only. Not totally accessible for wheelchairs (Mirador, Pagodas, etc) but there is a Health Board approved wheelchair ramp up to one of the patios. Not really suitable for young children due to large areas of water.

The guided tour including refreshments in a pagoda or the cabana is €10 per person.

Group rate for 10 people or more is €8 per person.

Note! At least 24 hours notice is required for booking and that tours are at two set times during the day from Wednesday to Saturday.
