An Tobar Wellness Centre, located in Ballylanders near the foothills of the Galtees, was established in 2019 by Nicola Dennehy.
Nicola is a Life Coach and Reiki Master with almost 25years experience in personal growth and development. In these 25 years Nicola has worked with numerous individuals, organisations and agencies in the Community, voluntary and Statutory sector. Her passion is to see people excel beyond what they believe they are capable of; to have the best quality of life in all areas of life and to open people up to a whole new world of possibilities.
An Tobar provides one to one sessions and group activities including:
