Galtee Walking Club

Galtee Walking Club (Cnocadóiri na Gaibhlte) is a long-established hillwalking club based in Tipperary, with strong roots in the Galtee Mountains and the Glen of Aherlow.

The club offers graded A, B and C walks to suit experienced hillwalkers and those building confidence, with regular routes across the Galtees, Knockmealdowns, Comeraghs, Slievenamon and the Ballyhoura range. Galtee Walking Club also plays a key role in the Glen of Aherlow Winter Walking Festival and runs well-known annual challenges, and is a full member of Mountaineering Ireland.
